LAWSON offers complimentary shipping for domestic and worldwide orders placed on LAWSON website.

The estimate delivery time takes between 6 to 10 working day, depends on your country custom clearance process.

 

Exchange and return

If you wish to return your products, please contact info@lawsonjewelry.com to assist you in your return.

- You may return your product for exchange purchased online within 30 days following delivery date with complying the terms of return set below. Please note to exchange your product you have to return your jewelry first, then select a new item and you will get a new invoice. 

- You may refund your item within 14 days following delivery date complying with the terms of returns set below.

 

 Terms of returns

- Product returned for exchange and refund must be new, unused in its original condition and without any scratches, combined with the sales invoice, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). LAWSON will not accept any return if the products: (1) has signs of being worn, scratches. (2) Has been result from misuse, accident (hit, deep scratches, improper storage, etc.). (3) The product has been modified, remanufactured, repaired, or altered by parties or persons other than LAWSON. (4) Not accompanied by sales invoice, and original packaging.

- All returned products are subject to inspection by LAWSON experts to ensure that the stated conditions are met. Lawson reserves the right to refuse to return any products if it does not meet these conditions.
